SECURITY OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Implement security objectives, goals, processes and plans in support of divisional and corporate strategic directions
- Responsible for engaging the security contractor and provide advice on security matters to contractor’s security personnel. Identifies exposures and recommend and develop corrective plans as appropriate
- Maintains knowledge of complex industry trends, current security issues and security technology and update the Management on risk and threat that could impact the dormitory operations
- Accountable for establishing and maintaining synergy with security personnel on-site as well as the residents of the dormitories to extract best value from security operations, including performing shift duties
- Manage daily security operations and manage security personnel on-site
- Conduct investigations for any incident and complaint in order to determine the causes and to ensure all practicable steps are taken to prevent a similar incident recurring
- Review the dormitory’s rules and ensure that the rules are enforced
- Review the security measures and control of the dormitory operations
- Carry out routine security audit, continuous performance reviews and propose improvements
- Manage the routine transport service between the dormitory and Pass Office, ensuring the orderly arrival and departure of transportation service by authorised commuters
- Perform any other duties as and when directed by the Management
Requirements:
- Diploma with 2 years of relevant working experience or Degree
- Possess valid security licence issued by PLRD
- Able to deal with unexpected emergencies calmly and sensibly
- Trained in CERT, First Aid & AED
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Good computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication skill
- Good organizational skills and meticulous
- Preferably with prior experience in migrant workers dormitory or managing large group of migrant workers
- Certified in M&E, Facility Management and/or Fire Safety will be advantageous
