GENERAL WORKER

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas, which may include common areas, public areas, offices or resident units
Replenish cleaning supplies at respective locations
Responsible for general waste disposal and recycling
Identify and report maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or malfunctioning equipment
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities, including mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical systems, etc.
Repair or replace faulty equipment and components
Perform scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent equipment breakdown and ensure longevity of equipment and systems
Maintain records of all maintenance and repair work, including when it was done and what parts or supplies were used
Responsible for outdoor maintenance such as landscaping and outskirt perimeter cleaning in some cases
