Cooliv Waterfront, a unique co-living and co-working space in Singapore, is breathing new life into a 1950s-era apartment block. Originally housing expatriate senior officers working at a nearby power station, the building now accommodates a mix of expats working in start-ups and fintech companies. The project is a collaboration between real estate developer Hong How Corporation and TS Group, known for its large-scale housing for foreign workers and the elderly. Cooliv Waterfront stands out for its unobstructed views of the western Singapore Strait, proximity to Labrador Park and Hortpark, and easy access to Labrador MRT station. The building's original charm has been preserved, while modern features such as new M&E systems, lifts, a gym, BBQ facilities, and a pool have been added. The block now offers 156 rooms, designed to foster interaction among tenants, with each apartment's dining area serving as a central gathering point. Cooliv Waterfront has become popular among expats in the area, with many guests extending their stays. The project represents TS Group's first venture into the co-living sector, capitalizing on the demand for unique and well-located living spaces.
