GENERAL WORKER
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas, which may include common areas, public areas, offices or resident units
- Replenish cleaning supplies at respective locations
- Responsible for general waste disposal and recycling
- Identify and report maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or malfunctioning equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities, including mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical systems, etc.
- Repair or replace faulty equipment and components
- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent equipment breakdown and ensure longevity of equipment and systems
- Maintain records of all maintenance and repair work, including when it was done and what parts or supplies were used
- Responsible for outdoor maintenance such as landscaping and outskirt perimeter cleaning in some cases
Requirements:
- Basic English
- Experience in basic cleaning
- Experience in electrical or mechanical will be advantageous
